Service Description

Let’s travel around the world and explore different habitats and ecosystems! Kids will learn about plants and animals and their connections through the world. We‘ll connect mind and body to the world around us, creating multi-sensory learning fun! Each class will include a story, movement, mindfulness, and a small craft/activity. Ideally, kids will attend all sessions. They will gain the biggest benefits with a consistent practice; the movement and mindfulness becomes something natural to use in daily life. However, life can be busy! So we're offering a few different options: Cost: $15/class OR $75/series Additional siblings: $10/class OR $60/series - please contact for this option!
